How long will my appointment take?
It depends on the service — most maintenance sits between two and four hours, and establishment days run longer. I’ll tell you the window when I confirm.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit holds your seat and goes toward your total. It comes back to you only if I have to cancel or cannot service you.
What if I’m running late?
Text me. Past twenty minutes I may need to shorten the service or move you, since the day is booked back to back.
Do you take walk-ins?
No — every seat is reserved through a consultation first, so I can prepare for your hair before you arrive.
